The pipeline includes the manufacture of pipes and pipe fittings, where we specialize in the processing of welding and deformation technically difficult special materials (see materials palette ). The wall thicknesses , depending on the material and diameter of between 1.5 mm and 10.0 mm. The entire production process ( from the delivery of the material to delivery of the final product ) will take place in the production halls of Peter Vossen GmbH and therefore under our own control . This also includes the creation of drawings by computer with bills of materials , welding and inspection plans.
MOT inspections and product tests are carried out according to customer specifications and are organized in our house .
After consultation assembly and welding work can be carried out by the customer on the spot , the required isometry are created by ourselves or specified by the customer.
The process-related work such as bending ( up to 6 m ) or pickling and passivation , we can also offer the reward.
